Maestro Setup

Once you have partnered with either Evexia Diagnostics or Professional Co-op Services, you can now continue with the Maestro Practitioner Portal setup. Note that this is a multiple part process which first involves setting up your practitioner link between one of our partners, then setting up your patients. The practitioner setup will happen only once, however, the patient setup will be ongoing for each patient you run through our partners.

  1. On the left menu, Click Setup
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Integrations
  4. Place a check in the box next to the desired partner service you utilize.
  5. Once you’ve checked the desired box, the corresponding field will become active. Enter the required information based on your partner service:
    • Evexia Diagnostics: Enter the API Key provided during your Evexia setup.
    • Professional Co-op Services: Enter your 10-digit National Provider Identifier (NPI).
    • Verify the information is entered correctly — this is how our partners identify and communicate with you.
  6. Click Update to apply changes.

Why the Partner Patient ID is Required

We understand that adding the partner patient ID to each Maestro patient profile adds to your setup process, especially when managing multiple patients. However, this step is essential and will need to be completed for every patient.

Because patient records may contain variations in spelling, nicknames, email addresses, or other demographic details, the partner patient ID is the only reliable way to definitively link your Maestro patient with their corresponding partner record (Evexia Diagnostics, Professional Co-op Services, etc.). This ensures accurate communication and data synchronization between systems.

While this is an ongoing task, it’s a necessary safeguard to prevent patient mismatches and maintain data integrity across your integrations.

Now on to the Setup

  1. From the Patient History screen, Click Edit. (Note: these settings can also be added during the Add Patient process).
  2. Click Contact and Price
  3. Under Synchronization, toggle on your desired partner service.
  4. Once you’ve toggled the desired option, the corresponding field will become active where you will need to enter the Partners Patient ID.
    • Evexia Diagnostics: View reference images to where Patient IDs can be found within Evexia’s patient directory.
    • Professional Co-op Services: Contact their customer service to determine where you can find Patient IDs. Verify the information is entered correctly — this is how Maestro identifies and correlates incoming data to a patient.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.
